Multiplayer Trade Help

I am the commish in one league, and have given up veto powers in favor of an outside/unbiased opinion(i.e you guys).

Here are the details:
This is not roto, it's a H2H points league, scoring system is at bottom, but it shouldn't be that relevant, it is a pretty common CBS league slightly favorable towards pitching( 1 point for singles,2 for doubles, etc.. -1 for strikeouts, 4 points for a quality start etc...

The Trade
Team One Giving Up:

Gerald Laird
Jim Thome
Ryan Church
Brandon Webb

Team Two Giving Up:

DiceK
Bengie Molina
Josh Hamilton

Team One claims he needs the hitting, Team 2 has is accident prone. I guess the only problem I'd see is the uncertainty with those two particular pitchers, so does this trade pass the litmus test?

BB - Walks (Batters) 1 point
CS - Caught Stealing -0.5 points
HR - Home Runs 4 points
KO - Strikeouts (Batter) -1 point
R - Runs 1 point
RBI - Runs Batted In 1 point
SB - Stolen Bases 1 point

Scoring for Pitching Categories
BBI - Walks Issued (Pitchers) -1 point
BS - Blown Saves -2 points
CG - Complete Games 5 points
ER - Earned Runs -1 point
INN - Innings 1 point
K - Strikeouts (Pitcher) 1 point
L - Losses -5 points
NH - No-Hitters 5 points
PG - Perfect Games 5 points
QS - Quality Starts 4 points
S - Saves 5 points
SO - Shutouts 5 points
W - Wins 10 points
Special Scoring for Relief Pitchers
INN - Innings 2 points

Sure does. It isnt the most even deal ever, but I don't think that you can make a case that one side is colluding with the other.

I don't really know how to value players in points leagues (you could try posting their this year & last year point totals) but the names seem to make sense to me just on a player-value scale.
