Burrell isn't starting today, so take him out. Ortiz is playing poorly, but you need to look at your team to decide. If you're in a H2H league, you need to look at your matchup. If you need steals and runs, Chavez is a good choice. If you need power, Ortiz will help you more than Chavez there, no matter how poorly he's playing.
