Postby jimpage » Sun Apr 19, 2009 11:58 am

12 team dynasty 6x6 hth (ops/hld)...these guys dont seem to have any trade value, but should i just drop them?...i might hold onto tejada until hardy starts hitting, but then hardy is definitely preferable...i need to clear a spot for baker to come off the DL too, but here are some FAs, really just looking at pitchers: doug davis, jorge de la rosa, david purcey, bartolo colon, ian snell, chris perez, jim johnson...thanks leave a link

I definitely wouldn't drop Hughes until you see what the Yanks do with Wang. There is a good chance that he gets a rotation spot in the next few weeks. That could definitely generate some value.

Hold on to Hughes for now because Wang has been terrible.

I would keep Hughes because if he does take Wang's spot in the rotation, he could either give your team a boost by pitching or by trading him for an upgrade somewhere else. I've always liked Tejada and he's getting some hits this year so I would hang onto him at least until Hardy starts hitting (I do like Hardy more than Tejada). I've never been a fan of Young because his average is just too low for my liking. I know he's young and has potential and this is a dynasty league, but I would drop him to free up a spot for Baker. You can find other players who will hit 20 homers and steal some bases who will hit higher than .243.

Some help please?
