Hey guys, I know carmona has not been great, but I watched him vs. the Yankees and his fastball seemed lively and his sinker was working well. As usual, his success depends on his control (he did have 4 walks). Is he worth a spot on my team? I could obviously drop Wang!! Thanks in advance

Yup, drop Wang and pick up Carmona. They're both limited in K's but Carmona, in my opinion, has a better chance of putting together a solid season. Wang seems very, very off, I wouldn't be surprised to see him DL'd in the next week or two.
Well, I think he's got a lot better upside than Wang at this point, so I don't see the harm and picking him up. Keep him on the bench until he turns it around, but I like his chances to turn it around over Wang. (but on the same topic, I'd consider picking up Hughes if he's available since he'll probably have a job soon and has been looking great in AAA.)
Wow...that was a hellava game to watch. LOL If you're droping Wang for him, I say pick up Carmona. I don't think either is great, but both on solid teams. I was never a Wang fan...his ERA is always over 4.00 and the K's are not there. Both should equal similar win totals....and I would make the move. Who knows when Wang will remember how to pitch.
I agree I would rather have Carmona right now. Wang looks completely lost and wouldn't be surprised if he loses his spot in the rotation until he rights his ship.
