In a keeper, I've been offered Hosmer and Parra for my Dice-K. I'm actually trying to win now, but I expected regression from Dice and got dead arm in April (!). The chance at Hosmer is too tempting to pass up, no?
I could ask for either Baker or Volstad instead of Parra, and I suspect I would do it for Baker/Hosmer. (I traded him Volstad earlier, and I doubt he'd go for giving him back to me).
Would you do it for Parra? Am I right that Baker's better?

Actually the guy's pitching is good:
I asked him whether it would have to be Parra and mentioned Vazquez, Volstad, Jurjens, and Baker as folks I'd rather get.
Of the 5 SP he could give me, is Parra the only one who'd make this deal a no?

honestly I dont do this deal right now, strictly based on Dice K's poor performance...never trade your guys in a slump. I suspect that Dice k will spend some time on the DL and it will do him some good just like last year, he had a nice second half of the season. Wait for Dice K to start pitching well and then deal him.
