what do you guys think about this trade? am i giving up too much, or is it pretty even?
his OF is stacked and thats pretty much the only real depth I have
the guy has R.Doumit, so I don't think he'll need another C in return
10 team - H2H- 6x6 - nonkeeper - daily changes

if only iannetta woudl hit the ball
he will, eventually. barring any unforseen injury factors... if you're comfortable with the wait, i think you make out very well here, especially with that deep bench and dunn/gonzo at 1b.

I am a big Haren fan...however, I do think youre giving up too much. I like Matt Cain alot this year. He may not contend for the Cy Young, but I think he will be a top 10-12 starting pitcher in the NL. Delgado is healthy and on a great offense....where he bats cleanup....and I like him for a 30+/100+ season. I would keep your two.

or should i just forget the trade....and drop someone for John Baker?

I'd do the trade for the upgrade in pitching, and you have the first basemen to spare to boot.
