No brainer. I will grab A-Rod, Volquez, and Wandy RIGHT AWAY.
Each of them are better than the other players.

A-ram < A-Rod
Vaz =< Volquez
Meche = Wandy (Meche a little better but almost equal in this season I guess).

Yes! I just saw something about Arod hitting bombs in batting practice and you can play Rolen or even Reynolds for a few weeks till he returns (which looks sooner than later at this point). Wandy and Volquez are pretty much the same as Vaz and Meche imo so go with Arod over Aram!

Thanks with mine

Absolutely go for that one...

I actually think Vazquez will have a good year but I'd still rather have Volquez/Wandy than Vaz/Meche

Arod > Aram

This sounds like a good trade.

i think it a fairly even trade. Arod over Aram is good. But i actually don't like volquez one bit, i think he's do for a very bad year. And wandy still can't figure it out on the road (a la Ervin Santana of 06-07). and Javier will do fine in the NL.

with all that being said....I would stand pat. (volquez is the deal breaker for me)

unless of course you think you can turn around and package volquez with say hunter for an SP upgrade

thanks for the help

Absolutely take A-Rod over A-Ram, especially since the pitchers are similar enough.

Yeah, go for it ... how quickly everyone forgets A-Rod is a Top 5 caliber hitter. Granted he had his injury, but he's been hittin' the moon-shots in BP so that seems to be a good sign. It's a tad risky with the injury, but worth it IMO.

Volquez should get it straightened out a bit pretty soon and you're getting Wandy too, so not too shabby of a return for your current pitchers.
