SP, CF, SS and RF upgrades/moves?

I am in a fairly competitive 10 team league and am in 9/10 and I need to make some moves! I put my roster and league info in my signature. (I tried! I pasted it below) I will help in return BIG time!

Who should I drop/add? Be BLUNT! I need someone to say it. haha!

- Center Field - I have a bit of a log jam at CF with Young, Taveras, Fowler as CF's only - and Inge and Werth qualifying, I figure there's a lot of redundancy with Taveras and Crisp -should I drop Crisp?

- Right Field -I only have two guys that qualify at RF, Hermida and Werth. Available in my league are Justin Upton, Griffey Jr., Jody Gerut, Brian Giles, David Murphy, Jerry Hairston Jr.

- SP - I really only love Santana of my pitchers... I'm sure you will agree! These guys are available (slim pickins!): Masterson for now? Jarrod Washburn, Franklin Morales (he getting called up?), Glen Perkins, Bartolo Colon, Edwin Jackson, Ian Snell, Kenshin Kawakami, *gulp* Randy Wolf, Jason Marquis, and Mike Hampton. I need a big time upgrade - will Tommy Hanson be an answer?
