Wow, that's quite a list? I would say Greinke and Kazmir off of that list, more gut long term preseason feelings though. If it's just for a one time deal, I will check the matchups and if they are playing a team that Ks a lot and try to leverage a couple extra K that way. I hardly ever do that though, much to my detriment. I like playing w/ the guys I drafted.
Well normally, you want to look at the team and pitcher they are facing but in your case, half of the FAs are #2 starters on normal teams so they aren't streamers and when you basically have all first rounders on your team, any negatives from streaming can be easily fixed.

I was quite serious about my response though. The entire idea of a 4 team league is so absurd that I have no idea what kind of advice to offer. When you are streaming Grienke, Kazmir and Gallardo you are to the point that you are just picking up all stars at random and hoping they have great starts instead of just good ones.
Well, I think the first and most obvious thing to consider is who the pitcher is facing and if they are at home. Pitchers tend to do better at home, and you would obviously want to avoid the bad matchups like @TEX and @ COL.
I would think that in a smaller league h2h league like this, streaming pitchers would be even more important in order to maximize the number of starts without hurting the ratios too much (due to the quality of starters being streamed).

Well why bother posting at all in this thread? The guy says he is new and it's most likely a league with his brothers/ and family or some of the guys from work. He's trying to get some advice, not some comments telling him you don't know what to do to help him.
“Never argue with a idiot, because first they will bring you down to their level. Then beat you with experience.”

what do you mean negatives from streaming can be fixed? i recently tried moving in SPs and that just popped up my whip/era.

thanks. why does who the other pitcher is matter if the pitcher i am considering grabbing pitches only to the batters? i'll check the home stat more often, as i never even considered that and is there a list of good/bad matchups? im getting to know more players but as to what team they are on, it's still kind of fuzzy. why are tex and colorado bad anyways--i was streaming based off of which opposing team had crap records
