My Pedroia, Davis, and Zimmerman for his Arod, Konerko, Polanco, and Volquez?

I want more veteran stability while not completely sellout out on my youth plus I realy want the Arod Braun combo. How does this trade sound?

Well you have a huge downgrade at 2B there, but you go from Davis/Zimmerman to Konerko Arod, which is a nice upgrade (especially since Zimmerman is not very good).

Still, considering ARod's injury and Konerko's ... untrustworthiness, there might be other avenues to look at. Davis will have very good power numbers this year, and has 3B eligibility, so you might try and hold on to him, slide him to third and package Zimmerman with someone to upgrade at 1B? Just another thought, that way you keep Pedroia.

If not though, I think it's decent trade for you.

Alright so he didn't do the trade so should I take out volquez and add another lesser pitcher or just not include a pitcher at all because I really want Arod?
