What are your feelings for this guy? He has been extremely consistent the last several years, and is off to a nice start this year.

Not off the chart numbers, but the avg. and SBs are very nice. Do you gents see the SBs keeps on coming? How about the power numbers? Rise or fall with Vlad's apparent DL stint?
I was unsure about this upcoming season for him, being that he moved out of the Yankees' line-up and the fact that he isn't quite a youngster anymore.
Does this solid start validate his consistency, or is it flukish, and not something that can be expected all year long?
I, personally, love this guy's potential as a 3rd OFer this season.

He is still consistent, and a very balanced hitter. He probably won't get as many run producing opportunities as he did with the Yankees, maybe this will cause him to run more??

Either way, he will continue to be consistent and hasn't shown the signs of slowing down yet

20 bags - highly likely. 20 HR - No way in Heaven! Those days are wayyy gone and he doesn't have Yankees stadium short RF porch anymore! Oh ya, let's not forget the Arod factor...Abreu used to hit in front of Arod so you can only imagine what kind of pitches he used to get in that position!

I was gonna say....with 4 SBs so far, AND Vlad down for a bit, I see Abreu runnin a bit more.
