Cole Hamels for CC Sabathia

I've got a guy that's a huge fan of Philly and as such he wants Cole Hamels from me. He's willing to give me CC Sabathia and Mike Aviles in exchange for Cole Hamels and Johnny Damon. I'm inclined to accept the trade, but wanted to see what you guys think. Is this a good trade for me? Roster is in sig.

i like it for sure. pull the trigger. cc is better than cole...damon and aviles is kind of a wash imho
