Papi n Gallardo for Holliday n Wandy?

my actual lineup doesnt matter, as Papi is in my UTL obviously. But my pitching has decent depth with Beckett, Lackey, C Young, Myers, Lohse, and Gallardo. 12 team league. Im very frustrated with Papi being healthy, but yet not producing or showing anything at the plate, I believe in Holliday even in Oakland. Is Gallardo too much to make this happen with me downgrading to Wandy?
