Deal for Cain? Abel to for packages with A-Gon; Dunn - WHIR

First off, thank you for sticking with this post even with the bad pun. I was just offered 3 deals from the same guy. In the deals I get a pitcher, whom I think I badly need, but the only guy of interest that he's willing to give up is Cain. I like him a lot (as a pitcher) and I think he's a good building block/potential keeper, but his value is hard to gauge in our setup with the stat cat QS-L. If he losses a lot, it kills his value even more aside from the loss of win potential, but if he only loses 7 or 8 for the season, his value is actually helped compared to other leagues. Additionally, I have Johnny Damon sitting on my bench, which is a pretty big waste, so I like the idea of clearing space and somehow turning OF value into pitching. Anyway, here are the offers:

1) Adrian Gonzalez for Jacoby Ellsbury and Matt Cain (Dunn would move to 1B, but OF is still jam-packed)
2) Adrian Gonzalez, Matt LaPorta, and Bengie Molina for Matt Cain, Geovanny Soto, and Conor Jackson (I'm trying to get him down to A-Gon and Vitters/Bowden for Cain and Soto)
3) Adam Dunn for Matt Cain and Conor Jackson (Don't need Jackson, but he's fairly valuable, would provide nice insurance, and I'd of course try flip him to someone else)
----
Another team just contacted me about "something centering on" my Johan and Beltran for Halladay, Youkilis, and Burrell. Yuk, I know, but I'm thinking I can get his asking price down (instead of Beltran sending Hart) and that it all might present an opportunity to deal Dunn or A-Gon without losing aggregate team power.

My team:
C Bengie Molina
1B Adrian Gonzalez
2B Mark DeRosa
SS Michael Young
3B Garret Atkins
OF Carlos Beltran
OF Corey Hart
OF Adam Dunn (1B Eligible)
UT Jayson Werth
Bench: Mike Napoli, Billy Butler, Aaron Hill, Ryan Theriot, Johnny Damon, Colby Rasmus (still eligible for minors)

SP (Start 5) Johan Santana, Chris Young, Kevin Slowey, Wandy Rodriguez, Oliver Perez
RP (Start 3) Joe Nathan, Joakim Soria, Heath Bell
Bench: Mark Buehrle, Paul Maholm, Jamie Moyer

Minor Leaguers: Matt LaPorta (1B-Cle), Neftali Feliz (SP-Tex), Derek Holland (SP-Tex), Josh Vitters (3B-ChiNL), Michael Bowden (SP-Bos)

6x6 weekly HtH 14 team roto keeper (between 5 and 10 keepers (no time limits or costs), losing a draft pick for each after 5)
Offensive Categories: BA, OPS, RBI, HR, SB and Runs Scored.
Pitching Categories: W, S, ERA, K/IP, Quality Starts minus Losses, and WHIP
Minors: 5 "free" keepers. These players if are eligible to be kept without the loss of a draft pick and in addition to the max of 10. They must have under 200 Ab or less than 75 IP and 20 APP.

Waiver Wire (Guys in bold I'm considering picking up by dropping Moyer or Vitters and in turn moving Rasmus to the minors ):
C - Nick Hundley, Jeff Clement, John Baker
1B - Mike Jacobs, Lyle Overbay, Travis Ishikawa
2B - Asdrubal Cabrera, Alexi Casilla, Skip Schumaker (after 12 games), Mark Ellis
SS - Erik Aybar, Jason Bartlett
3B - David Freese, Dallas McPherson, Russel Branyan, Joe Crede, Ty Wigginton
OF - Michael Cuddyer, Felix Pie, Cody Ross, Aaron Rowand, Skip Schumaker, Travis Buck, Ryan Sweeney, Matt Joyce, Ben Francisco
SP - Nick Blackburn, Dave Bush, Shairon Martis, Doug Davis, Kevin Millwood, Koji Uehara, Tim Wakefield, Jeff Suppan, Jorge De La Rosa, Daniel Cabrera, Jose Contreras, Cha Seung Baek, Kevin Correia, Ross Ohlendorf, Aaron Poreda, Vicente Padilla
RP - David Aardsma, Roy Corcoran, J.P. Howell, Taylor Buchholz (DL), Jose Ceda (I'm thinking he's a great fantasy prospect, closer in '10)

Thank you all in advance and as always, leave a link.
