Some advice on what I should trade for. WHIR

First let me give y'all a breakdown of my roster...

C: Victor Martinez (Hell Yeah! Not trading him anytime soon)
1B: Mark Texeira (Off to a slow start, may trade him, but I don't think I'd get good value for him)
2B: Howie Kendrick (Doing alright, also up for trade)
3B: Chipper Jones (Injury issues, but still doing well, also up for trade)
SS: JJ Hardy (Doing kinda poorly, so not sure I'd get good value or not out of him)
OF:Vlad Guerrero (Big fan, off to a slow start and shoulder troubles, up for trade)
Carl Crawford (Still got speed, no power, think I could get okay value out of him in a trade)
Josh Hamilton (Off to a good start, think I could get close to full value for him)
Alex Rios (Off to an okay start, think I could get good value)
Jayson Werth (Off to a good start for where I drafted him, think I could get good value for him possibly)

And these two guys I amazingly picked off the waiver. Talk about buying low!

Chris Davis (1B/3B) (This is why Mark and Chipper I'd be willing to let go in a good trade because I have Chris here to fill in, I think he'll come back to life by the all star break)

Alexei Ramirez (2B, SS, OF) (This is why Howie, JJ, and my outfield would also be willing to be traded in a good trade because I have him to fill there spot, if Alexei turns it around when the weather warms up I might be able to deal him instead if I can't get a trade through)

Here's my pitching staff. This is where my team is lacking, mostly filled with mediocre hurlers who aren't off to a super awesome start or anything.

Felix Hernandez
Jake Peavy
Adam Wainright
Ricky Nolasco (Picked up off the waiver wire)
Matt Cain
Jon Lester
Edinson Volquez

My relievers/closers pretty much suck...
Kevin Gregg
Joel Hanrahan

On DL I have John Lackey (picked up off the waiver wire)

----------------------------------------------------------------

So if this was your team who are you dangling out there and for what position and what kind of value? If you were to dangle Josh Hamilton out there for some pitchers, what would you be offering? Like a Josh Hamilton for a Danny Haren and Timmy Lincecum trade or something?

Or should I wait out this team for a few weeks and wait for them to heat back up and get more value out of this team on the trading blocks and continue to improve my team through waiver wire pickups from my knucklehead opponents who keep dropping players prematurely.
