Ichiro, Gallardo... Can I turn this down? ALL HELP RETURNED

Mortician, I don't need jsut any other outfielder, but Ichiro would be better than at least three of the six I have now.

If you trade gallardo, you seem to be basically punting wins and k's.Why the heck would anyone keep 6 outfielders anyway. How are you going to compete with other teams starting 9-10 SP's

I've been a member of the cafe as long as you have....Most of the teams in my money leagues start 9-11 SP's. You need to include roster info in your original post...all you said was standard espn cats. you said nothing of roster positions. My info goes for Yahoo leagues, as i have never played in espn save for once, and it wasn't worth the money. Do you enjoy using roster spots for bench outfielders that don't even make it into your lineup for a given week... If you start 3, why own 6? What do you get, about 8 ab's from your 3 extraneous OF's each week. When you can use them for 2 extra SP's and an OF backup, to pad wins and k's, and only lose a couple AB's. At least the roster spot gets used. My leagues start 9 batters 2sp, 2rp, 3p, and 9 bench spots. Generally we have 1-2 backup batters, 3 closers each, and 7 extra sp's. If you can get a super-util ala F. Lopez, Why carry so many batters. He's all you need. You can use those for SP's who you can actually utilize every week. If you want accurate feedback, you need to make an accurate first post. You don't have to, but then don't mock someone for giving info that might not pertain to your league.

Also I don't appreciate coming on here and using my time to try to help you with a trade, only to get insulted for it. That's rude. If you don't like my advice, then don't use it. You don't need to mock someone who's attempting to help you. Generally, you help them with their own questions whether its god advice or not.You keep doing that, we'll see how many people try to help you next time. I'd expect more from a cafe regular.

I think you should do it. If you could keep more than the players you already are keeping then I would consider not doing it but because you wont be able to hold on to either Gallardo or Cruz I would just go ahead and do this.

try and trade Cruz straight up for Hart or Ichiro! Cruz could be good but Hart and Ichiro already are... I would try to hold onto Gallardo as you need him for your staff
