No, Nittany, that's the link to my post. But I'll go find your last anyway.

Why do you need another outfielder? you have more than you can even play???? I wouldn't do it....Not in a keeper

I'd say no, Ichiro is not someone I'd overpay for, and I love the potental of Cruz and Gallardo. I think they outperform Ichiro and hart this year.

Mortician, I don't need jsut any other outfielder, but Ichiro would be better than at least three of the six I have now.

Your SP isn't so strong that Gallardo would not be missed.

Your OF is already strong and you would be adding 2 more while only taking away one.

Even taking keeps out of the equation, I would stick with Gallardo because I don't think you really need what you are getting back.

If you trade gallardo, you seem to be basically punting wins and k's.Why the heck would anyone keep 6 outfielders anyway. How are you going to compete with other teams starting 9-10 SP's

Value wise i like the deal for you - that being said you cannot really afford to lose a SP and would have to turn around and make another trade for this to actually work out in your favor - if your league mates trade often, do it - if not, you may not want to take this as your pitching would not be looking too hot

I would echo that you shouldn't give up Gallardo, because it will hurt your pitching staff and you don't need an aging Ichiro in your outfield. If you make that trade, you'll have to give up someone of value equal to Hart or Ichiro to get a decent SP. Gallardo has really good upside, so I'd suggest you stick with him. While you may be getting better talent in this trade, I believe it will do your team a disservice on the pitching side for an unnecessary boost in offense.

Maybe because of my situation, I've become a little more protective of pitching staffs. Do you have any suggestions?

Agree 100% I think its a good trade but you hurt your team losing Gallardo and would have to make an additional trade for another pitcher. Sit tight. Hope this helps. Good luck.
