Waiver pick on Brad Hawpe? WHIR

Postby jmudukes2008 » Thu Apr 16, 2009 6:43 pm

Rotis league, yearly: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

Someone in our 13 people league dropped Brad Hawpe. I am pretty stacked in outfield, but should I use my #2 waiver pick on him? I would drop Dotel.

Util - Hart
Bench - Werth

why not at the very least he's a chip and/or would make other OFs expendable to fix other spots like pitching.

i agree. he is worth grabbing with priority and then you have a surplus of OF you can use to trade for help elsewhere.
