It sounds like Corpas may take over Huston Street's closer role. I knew it would happen... just not this soon. Right now, I am playing Max Scherzer in one of my RP spots. Is this a good idea, since starters get more innings, etc? Or should I get Corpas for my RP spot to get the RAPP and SV chances? If I don't get Corpas, I could pick up Galarraga, who I really like as a starter. Take a look at my roster, and tell me what you think please. I think Francoeur is the one to drop. What's my best move here?? Scoring stats: AB, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, AVG, SLAM, W, SHO, SV, K, ERA, RAPP I'll be glad to try to offer advice on your posts!
id grab both for sure, dump francoeur and ianetta. no use for ianetta with mccann and ianetta has started off cold anyways. make the move and dont look back
I am all for dumping Francouer for Corpas ... wait and see a bit with Iannetta. He could heat up and be a commodity for you. HOWEVER, if you are concerned with Galarraga getting snatched up, then consider dumping Daniel Murphy, though I am probably in the minority on this opinion.
It depends how much you want to win saves. If it isnt that big of a deal to your team then it is fine playing Scherzer in the RP position. But, personally I would rather have a closer in that spot and would pick up Corpas and drop Franceour. I am not big on Galarragga so I would say to wait another start or so to pick him up. He really doesnt have that great of a history and doesnt have that much talent really, at least according to what I have read. But grab Corpas.

please help viewtopic.php?t=378423&start=20[/quote] i agree with this-those guys arent giving near as much value as max or manny or galaragga and comparable players can always be sniped off the waivers if need be at a later time.
