5x5 OBP league. I currently have Helton as my backup 1B (after his torrid spring training I bought into the dream), but now I'm wondering if I should drop him for Swisher. I also have Hawpe on my bench, so he's another option to drop for Swisher. I should point out that we only get 15 adds all season, so I do want to make them count. Any advice would be appreciated, and WHIR.

I'd go with Swisher. With Nady out for an extended period, Swisher will get the PT and be a relatively cheap source of power.

Swisher, with Nady possibly done for the season Swish will get the PT, when not in the OF he will be relieving Tex at 1B, heck maybe even pitching :-b

but no for sure i like Swishers power numbers over Helton's aging at best average...
