First Competitive Team

I understand the statistics involve with baseball but I don't follow it closely like diehards or even some regular baseball fans do. I've been in maybe 1 or 2 public leagues in the past but haven't been really active in them. Now I'm playing in a work league and its pretty competitive. Its a 12 team roto league. I was wondering if anyone can look at my roster and see where my strengths and weaknesses are at.

your team is solid for a 12-team league. your hitting is well rounded, but might lean more toward speed than power. i'm assuming this is a regular 5x5? if so, you could use another power bat besides Miggy. Your outfield is going to swipe oodles of bases - i'd try and move one for a power bat. maybe ellsbury for bay or someone similar.

your starting pitching is great, too.. nice mix of proven pitchers and youngsters with upside. you do have a lot of relievers... i'd look to plug zeigler in on a regular basis -- saves area valuable commodity in this game.
