Trade Hamilton? Get Ellsbury on the Cheap?

I hate to part with Big Josh, but is it worth it for the pitching upgrade? This is a 10 team modified roto keeper league (we keep 3 players starting next season). For context, my three keepers right now would be Sizemore, Hamilton, and Longoria.

GIVE – J.Hamilton, V.Wells (or Ad.Jones), R.Johnson

GET – Quentin, Ellsbury, Danks (or Lester or Garza)

i think there are better ways to go about getting speed and better pitching. your rotation isn't bad, just off to a slow start. it has the potential to be absolutely fantastic if gallardo and greinke live up to expectations. same goes for nolasco. you're giving up too much, and you don't really need the steals with sizemore, phillips and jones running for you -- they won't win the steals category for you, but they should keep you competitive.

I think I would have to pass on this one. Josh is much more valuable than what you are getting back in my opinion.
