it is a non keeper league. i just figured Randy is getting a little long in the tooth, hasn't look too great this year.... Price is a young up and coming strike out pitcher on a winning team. Anyone else?

So Price will only be useful in September this year? Wow you disagree completely with 100% of the experts out there. How do you possibly justify that answer? He might not be up until June, but he should be plenty helpful unless your SP consists of Santana, CC, Halladay, Billingsly, and Haren already or something like that.
It depends on the needs for drop RJ. I think R J will be better then he has so far, but once Price comes up his stats over the rest of the season shold end up better then RJ's over the same tiem period. Depends on whether waiting another 6 weeks is worth it.
