a buddy that has ichiro asked me yesterday about trading harang for him, but dont think he would do it straight up. he could certainly use the pitching help. he has lackey, dice k, and kuroda. would adding in there be too much? ichiro is the quintessential guy that i dont like to draft/have(no power numbers) but for some reason i feel like i want the guy, and i could use the SB. what do you think?
having Pena, Bruce and Uggla is killing your BA IMO opinion to help your team I would go Harang and Pena for Ichiro and play Bruce at UTIL, Bruce may hit slightly fewer hrs, but will provide more speed and a better average than Pena.

you do have the pitching to give up. i would just try offering Harang straight up for Ichiro. Harang has been great so far and should be back to his 2007 level. if he doesnt go for the straight one for one then you can try involving someone else. i think with Bruce potential you shouldnt do Harang AND Bruce just for Ichiro. if he wont do the one for one see who else you could get with Ichiro.
this is the rest of his hitters, if i have to involve bruce, who else should i ask for? i would like alexei, but he doesnt have a backup SS.
C Mike Napoli 1B Justin Morneau 2B Chone Figgins 3B Jorge Cantu SS Alexei Ramirez OF Ryan Ludwick OF Raul Ibanez OF Hunter Pence UTIL Lance Berkman Brian Roberts Ryan Braun Jeff Francoeur Ichiro Suzuki
You don't want Alexi, with the hitters you have, Alexi doesn't walk or get on base and is starting off bad this year, Alexi is another version of Dan Uggla with more speed less power, even if Ichiro doesn't steal 30 bases, his .300+ average will help even out the damage done by Pena, Uggla and Bruce. If you need to add bruce try to get Francoeur as well, this should be his bounce back year, though I would shoot for Pence or Ibanez.
