FIELDER FOR LINCECUM? of course WHIR

Postby litlmess15 » Thu Apr 16, 2009 10:40 am

got proposed Tim Lincecum for Prince Fielder straight up. It's a highly competitive 14 team h2h league with the following categories:

Batters: AVG, R, HR, RBI, SB, K
Pitchers: W, L, ERA, WHIP, K, SV

Here's my roster:

C- Ryan Doumit
1B- Albert Pujols
2B- Emilio Bonefacio
3B- Mike Lowell
SS- Elvis Andrus
OF- Grady Sizemore
OF- Johnny Damon
OF- Shin Soo Choo
UTIL- Prince Fielder
UTIL- Randy Winn
B- Brett Gardner
B- Elijah Dukes
B- Kazuo Matsui
B- Coco Crisp

SP- Jake Peavy
SP- Fransisco Liriano
SP- Joba Chamberlain
RP- Brian Fuentes
RP- Heath Bell
P- Kerry Wood
P- Roy Oswalt
B- Aaron Harang

lemme know what ya think and leave a link to yours!

I dont think you do it... you dont have a solid enough back up for fielder. Plus when Liriano turns it around your pitching is solid.

pls help with mine

I think I would sit tight. You lose alot of the power on your team and your pitching staff has the potential to be solid. I would hold off.

help?

Yeah, I would sit tight, you need Fielder's HRs and your pitching is already pretty solid, especially for a 14 team league. Thanks with mine.

I agree with the other posts. I think you dont do this trade because your starting pitching is pretty solid and you lose too much offense from fielder

I'm betting Fielder was taken before Timmy in your draft, there's a reason for that. Pass :-t

Thanks for the help on mine.

I'm with the consensus on this one, definitely. I think your pitching staff is strong enough not to need Lincecum's help, but your hitting bench isn't deep enough to lose Fielder.

I agree with the overwhelming majority on this one. Your team is pretty solid; I wouldn't give up on Timmy yet.
