Please Help Me Counter --- WHIR as always!!!

im in a 10-team non keeper league, 5 x 5 with WEEKLY lineup changes...and 1pt per category (so you can get up to 10 pts each week)...we start all 8 fielders plus two more OFs, a Mid Inf, Corner Inf and Util....plus 9 P's of any kind....we also have a 7 player bench (22 starters and 29 total)

I was offered a trade (by a phillies fan)...that i feel is not very fair at all...though its a START and id like to counter him with something that surely helps me team...while i realize a fair trade is more likely for him to accept, i think he will counter most anything i offer so id rather have a little extra in my deal so that i can back it off a lil and make it feel like im willing to "give" a bit. as i said hes a phillies fan so im sure he gives werth quality value---anyway, he offered to give me C. Lee, A. Rowand and Brad Ziegler -- for -- M. Holliday, Werth, and J. Soria
the only upgrade is for Lee and the others are huge losses i feel....ive posted both his team and mine---can anyone find any sort of reasonable counter to still upgrade to Lee? thanks!!

try to upgrade ziegler to wood or downgrade werth onr ur side or upgrade rowand on his... i am a Carlos lee owner..
