i wouldn't do Jones for Nolasco, and i would be very careful with Nolasco, last year was his first test on his arm goin 200+ innings, and i also think his 186 Ks last year were a little inflated (99 ks in 140 IP his rookie season) im not a huge Nolasco fan to be honest, but if you want him i wouldn't give up Jones or McLouth for him, i would look at possibly Werth... for me its between Werth and McLouth, and although McLouth plays on a terrible Pitt team i think he will post better overall stats then Werth including SB...
