As you can see I have an issue with having to bench one of Werth, Hart, Thome or Bruce depending on streaks and matchups. Trying to use that surplus to make my everyday lineup better and I have been offered Carlos Lee and Ellsbury for Hart, Bruce and Kershaw. I like getting Ellsbury as SB is my weakest category (nobody but Upton has stolen any so far) but I'm not sure if Lee is good enough to give up all that young talent.
Not in a Dynasty. It might help you this year but in the long run I would rather have Bruce and Kershaw over any of those guys. The season is still young and both of them could put up numbers that would make you regret doing this deal.

I agree with the others. If this was a win now situation and not looking at the future I would say do it. But you can't sacrifice all that talent. Stand pat.

Agree with the previous commenters. Too expensive a price for some steals, especially with how valuable Kershaw may end up being in long-term formats.
Frankly, though it's a slow lineup, I like your hitters in a 20-team league. You're going to win most categories most weeks, I'm guessing. I'd see adding relief pitching as the most pressing need, and even there, as with SBs, if you don't you're just costing yourself one category (SVs). Wouldn't hurt the rest of your team just for a nitpicking upgrade.
I ended up doing Lee/Ellsbury/Cueto for Bruce/Hart/Werth/Cahill. I got to keep Kershaw and based on the research I did I slightly prefer Cueto to Cahill going forward. Plus I upgraded my everyday lineup in some categories that were a bit of a problem (SB and BA) and opened up a roster spot that I will use to keep Happ (who I would otherwise have to drop once Webb is healthy) in the hope that Park soon is gone, or try something else, but ultimately I want to use it to stash Stephen Strasbourg, who I get first crack at with the #1 waiver priority. Either that, or trade him for help this year, or a young bat.
