I don't think Adrian Beltre is worth keeping on my bench. There are a lot of good pitchers available. I want a pitcher with a good ERA who gets lots of Ks. Who would you grab? **These guys have the lowest ERA now. Chris Young ** Aaron Harang ** Jered Weaver ** Chris Volstad ** Ubaldo Jimenez Gil Meche Ted Lilly Gavin Floyd Johnny Cueto Brett Myers Kevin Slowey

what's your roster like? Because if you need a second baseman Cano would be a good idea.

Most of them are good SPs. In terms of upside (only for this season) here is my order: Chris Young ** Aaron Harang ** Ted Lilly Gil Meche Chris Volstad ** Gavin Floyd Jered Weaver ** Ubaldo Jimenez Johnny Cueto Brett Myers Kevin Slowey

No need for a second baseman with Kinsler so I would go with either Harang, Volstad, or Young

Looks like you are in an 8-teamer or something judging by the strength of your roster. If that is the case, there should be adequate hitting options on the waiver wire in case of an injury to one of your starting hitters. If you have daily lineup changes, you need to drop Lopez and Beltre and get 2 starting pitchers. Hitters play every day of the week. Starting pitchers do not.

we do weekly roster changes. i'm hating it too, b/c i have nady in one league sitting in a starting spot for 4 more days. this is my first year doing fantasy baseball, so i'm trying to learn if it's better to carry more hitters or pitchers. and yes, it's an 8 team league.
