DL replacement for Chris Carpenter SP ?

Need some expertise here Gentlemen.......... My SP Chris Carpenter just went on DL.... I am trying to decide who to replace him with, from the following list of candidates..... P Maholm PIT.......Chris Davies KC ......... David Purcey TOR .....Randy Wolf LA I would like to replace him asap....please give me your thoughts...... and if you have another suggestion... I would appreciate the input.....Thank you.....

I'd go with Maholm. Not a great power pitcher, but he'll help you otherwise.

i think you mean kyle davies. i'd get him b/c of his strikeouts. he might turn out to be worth starting regularly.

I would def go after Davies..... Maholm will fade being in pit. Been trying to find ppl to drop to pick him up in my leagues.
