Is Wang done?
A manager dropped him yesterday. Do I need to pick him up?
There is Wang, Parra, and Carmona (and Sheets).
Which one do you think I have to pick? Personally, I usually believe in 1 starters even though they struggle a few games...but Wang's case seems a little serious...one more messy game may send him a minor?

I would certainly attempt to pick him up.
He is off to a slow start but deserves a roster spot.

I think I'd pickup Wang (depending on your roster of course) with the caveat that Parra may have the most upside in that group. He may have started shaky, but I still think Wang has shown over the last couple years he can eat innings and get wins with the offense that he has behind him. Not great for Ks, but still the best pitcher in this group when on his game.

My SP is like this (I don't have anyone to drop among hitters).
SP- J. Shields
SP- Harang
SP- Jimenez
SP- Volstad
SP- Cain
SP- F. Hernandez
SP- Malhom
SP- Wandy Rodriguez
RP- Capps
RP- Hanrahan
RP- Balfour
RP- Kuo
Do I need to drop Balfour?

I would. I do think you could use a third closer to help along with Capps/Hanrahan, but you can find one on waivers during the season just as easily as you can waiting on guys like Balfour/Kuo to get a shot that isn't guaranteed.

By the way, just as reference, I was able to deal Wang for Chris Davis in one league last week, albeit to an admittedly overenthusiastic Yankees fan. So he does still have some value.

Interesting information. Thanks. I think Wang's next start would determine his fate in early season. And yes, it seems worth to bet on it (next start).
