I have to use Waiver (3rd) but is it worth to getting Wang?

I have four RPs: Capps, Balfour, Hanrahan, and Kuo.

The answer is N O. Balfour will get you more K's than Wang! He's very hittable and I'd stay away from him. You need Balfour's potential saves.

i wouldn't use the waiver on him. If he clears then maybe, depends what your SP situation is like. Your SV situation is already a little sketchy
