...Not in a re-draft league. Blocked by that Gonzales guy!

A little too big to play LF, so I've heard. I have him in Dynasty and one day he will be a monster I think.

Think of him as an offensive lineman playing baseball (listed at 6'6" 280, possibly taller at least). He actually has decent athleticism considering how big he is and he might be usable in park with a small defensive OF (LF in Fenway, RF in MN, LF in HOU, etc...). But Petco is big everywhere.

I wouldn't expect him up with the Padres for any significant time this year due to Adrian Gonzalez. But Adrian is only signed thru 2011 so this offseason might be time for them to consider trading him for what should be a substantial return.

Unless it's a dynasty I think you can drop him. He's not even worth it in standard keepers (keep 6-12 MLB players).

I saw him play in the minors one game sitting 2 rows behind the dugout, that height and weight listing is a little conservative. He looks to be much closer to 290-300lbs. He is just massive.

I've seen this picture of him at projectprospect where he's standing next a 1B who only comes up to his shoulder. Watching him play OF would be entertaining to say the least.

He seems to be worth a flier in some leagues, though it depends on your team. I'd guess he's a must-add in NL-only.

So is the corresponding move just sending Headley to the bench?
