It's Tues but I need innings, who to drop? WHIR

Feeling the pressure, especially after Beckett's suspension this week, and would like to get another spot start alongside Kershaw tomorrow. I really have my eye on Armando Galarraga's start tomorrow night vs CWS. I just grabbed Davies but feel I need to keep him around for awhile - too sexy. That said, the rest of my rotation is pretty stacked and has me considering abandoning the RP category altogether (I botched a Brad Ziegler pickup, so sue me).

I would make the move of dropping Villanueva then hoping to swing a trade for a RP soon. The Brew Crew is also really pissing me off and I feel it's Hoffman's job sooner than later anyway. Am I an idiot to drop Villanueva? See anywhere else I could trim some fat?

Stating that Kyle Davies is a sexy roto pick may be a bit over stated. If you take a closer look at his 5.52 career ERA and 1.62 career WHIP, he may be more of the type that you avoid at the bar. He looks good at first glance after 2 pitchers (of miller lite), but when you actually make the move and get a closer look, you politely slide away and avoid her the rest of the night. He's only struck out 296 batters in 412.2 career innings. In 2005, he might have been sexy.

I'd hang on to Villanueva until he is displaced from his temp closer job.

Beckett appealed his suspension, so he'll continue to make his starts until the appeal is heard. Personally I think you have depth at SP for now.
