Dumb question, I know, but he's available in my league, but I'm not sure that I can afford to drop anyone. All my starters are top 30 pitchers who are probably not dropable. I guess I could drop sherill, but that would amount to punting saves. My league counts Loses, walks, and HRs against pitchers, so a new starter would provide limited returns. Who would you drop for Lester?

Do you have a high IP threshold? If not, it looks as if RP gain a little value in your format. Your team is very solid, I would probably drop Swisher for him.
Not too sure how Harang is a top-30 pitcher (especially if you're counting losses and HR allowed). He's certainly top-30 in the NL Central. I'd either flip Harang for Lester or do as the others have suggested and drop Swisher (then you can try to trade some of your pitching depth).
Either way, the obvious answer to your obvious question is Lester is very ownable. I love managers who drop talent after a rough start.
Good luck!
