Lester?? Should owners be concerned

I know its been only 2 starts but should owners be concerned? There's a lot of talk about his IP jump from 07' 69IP to 08' 210IP but is that really something that should affect a young pitcher?

Arm fatigue usually does not show up until a little later on the season. Guys struggling in April/their first few starts are more of them trying to get the rust off.
