The categories being scored are: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

What could I try and improve on to maximize my team?
Where is my team lacking and hopefully what are my strong parts of the team?

Wow, that looks like a solid team.

There's really not a lot of holes there, just wait for A-Rod to come back, hope he returns as beasting as he always does and you'll pretty much be good to go.

OK, if you're looking for criticism...

You have 3 guys who are avg killers. Pena, Reynolds, Young. Never been a fan of Young for some reason. Reynolds and Pena do what they do. Hit .250 and hit the ball far.

Your starters get thin in a hurry. And I never worry about saves. Just be aware of what's going on with teams and their bullpen. You can always snag some saves. Already 3 or 4 teams look to be close to making a change.

I might get rid of Kaz Matsui if there is anything worthwhile in the FA pool. Also could try and deal Young or Bradley to slightly improve pitching.

All in all, not a bad squad. ARod coming back will be huge. And with DLee and Pena, you'll get pretty good 1B numbers.

I got rid of Kaz and picked up Rick Ankiel, but dropped him for Carlos Guillén.

Also I picked up Elijah Dukes.
