Tex,Jeter,Ells for Reyes,C.Pena? **WHIR**

Get: J.Reyes, C.Pena
Give: Tex, Jeter, Ellsbury
Also if thats not enough i could possibly get a 3rd player added from the following:
Cantu,O.Hudson,C.Guillen or maybe C. Young (AZ)

My thoughts are Pena replaces Tex's power, Reyes replaces steals and adds hits and runs

Standard Scoring, 2nd year of a 3 year keeper, R,H,AVG,HR,RBI,SB

MY TEAM:
C:Mauer
1b:Tex
2b:Avilles
3b:Arod, Gordon
ss:Jeter
IF: Votto,Weeks
OF:Ellbury,Victorino,Carlos Lee, Ethier, N. Cruz, , Spilborgs, Fowler
DH: Ortiz

thanks for the help with mine. i think you're giving up a bit much as is, especially since ellsbury has the potential to swipe as many bases as reyes does. look at it like a first and third rounder for a first and a (blank) rounder. i think if you can get him to attach another player to the deal it will round itself out. not sure i'd want young, guillen, or ocab. pena, perhaps. what about his pitchers? any flex there?

I think you are giving up a tad too much here. yes Reyes is exciting to have but Ellsbury gives you lots of steals and runs, Jeter is solid, and Teix is a beast and much better than Pena in my opinion. I would have him add another player to get this deal done but as is I wouldn't do it.

thanks for your help with mine

Thanks for the help. I definitely would not do this trade as it stands. As others have already suggested, try to work for a solid third here.

Thanks for the help w/ mine. I gotta agree w/ the group, although I don't think it is that unfair. I think you give up a little much, but if your gut tells you to do it, I don't have a major problem. I have a bad feeling about Tex this year for some reason, but Pena will zap your average.
