I dont like the deal. I think it puts too much pressure on your other 3 closers to cover the save category for you. The dodgers will win lots of games, I guess the question is whether or not they'll be save opportunities for Broxton. I say NO DEAL. Your outfield is fine as is.

You really do need OF help and im super high on Cruz this year but unless you could swing a separate deal for another RP id probably pass. Although Cruz has struggled and with all the home games this week could easily go on another tear driving his value way higher. I hope this helps somewhat

I would do it. Cruz is going to be great this year and you have enough saves help to afford to lose Broxton.

thanks for your help with mine

depends on your belief in cruz's abilities. i for one think he's going to have a great year, but can't sell that. broxton is one of the best in the game, and who knows what will happen when hoffman gets back. still and all, i think cruz is a better play over church and the rest of your bench. i'd do it ;-D

plez help?

It's harder to replace Broxton than Cruz. I always like having more closers in reserve. Nelson is going to be great, but Broxton is the man with the master plan---Keep Broxton.

Very true and very important. I'd hold off.

Should I counter with Valverde instead?

I think your OF is fine. Hawpe is underrated and Fowler/Church should be serviceable. I think Cruz is just the "flavor of the week..."
