Out of the list you gave, these are the ones that really stand out in my mind:
Joe Blanton is a real keeper, and a great prospect.
Sean Burnett is a great young pitcher for Pitt.
Gavin Floyd is solid, maybe the best on your list.
Zack Greinke, some say is the next Maddux. Not a flamethrower, but has uncanny control with outstanding maturity.
Angel Guzman, some say the Cubs best young prospect, but don't know when he's going to crack that solid rotation.
Bobby Jenks, if he can "grow up" some, and get his head on straight, could be untouchable with a 100 mph fastball and great curve.
Ervin Santana is a great young prospect for the Angels, some say very comparable to Edwin Jackson.
If I had to put them in some order it would be:
1. Zack Greinke
2. Gavin Floyd
3. Joe Blanton
4. Ervin Santana
5. Sean Burnett
6. Angel Guzman
7. Bobby Jenks
8. Andy Sisco
9. Chad Gaudin
10. Jeremy Griffiths
11. the rest
