Terrible trade with no veto power - what to do?

Some clown in a league of mine - a 10-team, daily 5x5 - has some issues, listed as follows:

1) Joe Mauer still filling a BN spot rather than DL
2) Starting Matt Weiters at Util (yes he carries 3 catchers, only Pudge actually plays)
3) Has yet to submit a full roster, including Opening Day
4) Has both Ben Sheets and Tommy Hanson on his active pitching roster

The worst of it all, he remains an active manager in the league and just made the following trade:

GAVE
Alexei Ramirez
Frank Francisco

GOT
Emilio Bonifacio

For some reason, there is no veto/voting power for owners and the Commish hasn't seemed to take notice. Correct me if I'm wrong but I feel that this is obviously a terrible trade.

It's one thing for a deadbeat owner to wreck a league but the guy is playing everyday, not sure if he thinks it's funny or what. What can I do to stop this guy besides call him a series of names and expletives??

I'm not sure how far that's going to get you. And that option will especially suck if you're in a limited number of leagues.

- Start by contacting the commissioner. It's possible he hasn't seen it yet.
- Talk to the commissioner about these same issues you have with this manager. The commissioner has the power to see to it that this guy begins fielding a complete line up or gets replaced. If he's as interested in the success of the league as any commissioner should be, then more than likely this suggestion should suffice.

What's the trade review process in your league? The Commish just passes and vetoes as he sees fit? Make your argument against the trade, which shouldn't be hard to do, and push the Commish to veto. If it passes, ask the Commish why there's even a review period for trades at all if that one got through... might as well allow all trades without any review.
