Wang and the WW

Man has he been horrible. This guy has won a lot when healthy. He doesnt get a lot of k's.

So he was dropped. Do i use a #1 one on him? I am leaning towards NO, but could use him as trade bait if he starts pitching well..

My Sp's are Dice, Wainwright, Carpenter, Kershaw, Lilly, and Escobar (DL). I usually pick up a SP for a spot start and this week it is perez vs SD..

Like I said I am leaning towards no, but is he worth a #1?
