Part with Hamilton for Pitching Help?

Postby jmcampbe11 » Mon Apr 13, 2009 9:30 pm

Looking to pick up some pitching help. Do either of these potential trade offers seem like they're in the ballpark? Is it worth parting with Hamilton? Kee in mind this is a 3 player keeper league. My top three picks were Sizemore, Hamilton and Longoria.

GET - Morneau and Beckett or Liriano

I like either Proposal. You should look at other teams, and see if it will benefit you more to have speed and some power(rios) or Avg and power (justin)

Most of the teams in the league are pretty balanced so it's really about who's a better fit for my team (thoughts?). And shoudl I target Liriano or Beckett?

I would hold on Hamilton for now. Nolasco and those other pitchers are in my book a wash, and I have to believe Hamilton will out-perform Morneau and definitely out-perform Alex Rios.

Summed up my thoughts. Hamilton should heat up and hey, look, he just stole a base. Keep him and Nolasco.
