Standard Yahoo lineups (+ a few bench spots) and standard scoring + OBP, BB's (pitchers), and holds. And it is a keeper league that allows us to retain any 5 players from our previous years' roster.
C: Suzuki
1B: Howard
2B: Matsui
SS: Theriot
3B: Wright
OF: Hamilton, Abreu, Kubel
Util: Berkman
Bench: J. Upton, LaPorta, Bonifacio
SP1: J. Santana
SP2: Billingsley
SP3: Bedard
RP1: Capps
RP2: Lindstrom
P: Baker
P: McClellan
P: Corpas
Bench: Cahill, Porcello
I know its not a question of having enough depth at SP, I clearly do. I guess the one thing that scares me is Hart's pourous OBP over the years. He does seem to be walking more this year though. If anyone has been watching him this year I'd be really curious to know if his approach has changed.
I also feel like I am not addressing positional needs. Statistically its a gravy trade, but if one of Upton/Kubel break out then I'm stuck with a log-jam in the OF(nobody wants Berkman btw). Upton's been crap but Kubel looks fully loaded for a breakout season and I also have LaPorta stashed away. Would I be better off trying to aquire an upgrade at C/2B/RP?
I know Harts numbers will help me offensively, but this trade basically boils down Kubel and Billingsley for Hart.
WHIR as always and thanks in advance.
