Time to drop Wang? Too soon to panic?

Postby D.Piston » Mon Apr 13, 2009 9:08 pm

I'm really considering dropping Chien-Ming Wang and picking up Paul Maholm. Is it too soon to panic about him? I'm thinking Maholm will be the Cliff Lee of this year. Yay or Nay?

Yay for that. Maholm > Wang IMO.

I have Wang myself (and Carmona, ugh) and I plan on dropping Wang tonight or tomorrow.

The other pitchers available are...
Volstad, Edwin Jackson, Pettitte, Lohse, Sancez, Hanson, Kuroda.

Do you thinkk Wang will turn it around and slap my team in the face?

If you have a DL spot, get Kuroda and DL him, then add Maholm as well. Just not a believer in Lohse myself.
