10 team roto league. I could use an ace formy pitching staff and the other team has 3-4 of them. See any potential for a trade that won't cripple my offense? Any suggestions?

OF-Sizemore, Hamilton, Dye, V.Wells, Ad.Jones
CI-Reynolds MI-Alx.Ramirez Util-Milledge

HIS TEAM

You're going to have to part with one of your stud Outfielders. It's the one place where you have talent to give and he could use some (other than 3B, but I think you need to hang onto Longoria). I'd offer Hamilton for Peavy or Beckett and maybe ask for him to throw in Lind.

tough to say who for who.
you could target Liriano who hasnt started with much success this season but should be alot better.
Burnett has potential, but hes an injury risk.
Bedard is coming back off an injury. not sure how he could do this season.
Cain has good potential, and has had good numbers aside from wins.
if you want to get 2 of his pitchers you could go after Liriano and Cain.
could you try something like Longoria/Lilly/Johnson for Cantu/Liriano/Cain ?
maybe you could use Longoria as someone to send out getting Cantu back who still puts up good numbers with Florida.
just an idea, not sure what to shoot out there.

What if I just trade to upgrade one of my SPs.

One of my SPs + another player for One of his SPs + another player? Any ideas? Maybe Nolasco/Alx.Ramirez for Beckett/Hardy? Just thinking out loud here.
