Tampa's spring training game today vs. the pirates came out in another Tampa loss. The final score was 11-8. Tampa has dropped to 1-4 in the spring. Although its only spring training, it could be a preview of whats to come for the Rays this season.... :-/

I have a feeling you might be right. The Rays look like they're headed for another losing season... but it'll be fun to see how their prospects develop!

I think its gonna be another long season in the Tropicana for the Rays. They have a ton of prospects, especially pitching though. But I feel they are in for another sub-70 win season. !+)

If Huff, Tyner, Grieve, and Abernathy can produce and Greg Vaughn can stay healthy and if Bierbrodt, Brazlton, and Colome can step up and pitch in the bigs along with Kennedy and Parque, maybe they can pull off 70 but thats alot of ifs. But is still spring and they have 162 chances to get there ;-D

Seriously, they got a player named Bierbrodt? I assume it's prounced "Beer-Brat" (as is Bratwurst)? Cause that could change the way I feel about the Devil Rays' chances this year. Mmm... Beer-Brat.
