Rank the Careers of these players?

In what order do you rank these guys in a keeper? What do you see from each in their careers?

Colby Rasmus
Clayton Kershaw
Cameron Maybin
Philip Hughes
Justin Upton

I think they're all the real deal and will all eventually have succesful careers. I suppose J-Up and Hughes have each had a taste of the majors over the last couple of years and don't have a lot to show for it but I think it's still coming for both of them. Long term I'd rank them

All should be fine in the long run. Upton's rookie season is eerily similar to that of one Ken Griffey Jr. It won't be long before he has other season that mirror him too.

Upton and Kershaw would be 1a and 1b for me. It's hard to say how their careers will turn out simply because they're really young and therefore still have areas in need of improvement (Upton: plate discipline, Kershaw: control), but chances are they'll both be elite fantasy players within the next few years.

Like bigken mentioned, Upton has the potential to be Griffey-esque. Kershaw = left-handed Lincecum.

This is kinda where I'm at....not sure I'd have Upton "that" much higher but he is on another tier.

These are the guys that I have complete faith in. I don't think Upton is heads above Kershaw and actually think Kershaw will put up some good numbers this year. Rasmus, Hughes and Maybin all have some big question marks but all have the talent to become studs. I would rate them in that order though.
