Who to start?

I'm having hard time deciding on who to bench? Here are my options? In a roto weekly league.
W,CG,S,K,ERA,WHIP are my stat categories.

Oswalt @home against Cin
Galarraga @ home against CWS

Oswalt easily. Always go with your proven stud in the NL over a fringe pitcher in the AL.
