Dunn/Shields for Halladay/Hawpe/Boni

Postby shmolex » Sun Apr 12, 2009 9:47 pm

He originally offered Dunn/Shields for Hally/Bedard/Boni, but I think that would really cripple my pitching. I think i'll counter with this. I'm trying to clear a roster space for Scherzer and trying to get rid of Boni too as I cant play him anywhere. What do you think of this deal? Categories are

Solid team you could use a big OF bat though.
If your dealing Halladay I might move him for a huge OF bat.

Maybe Abreu + Halladay for Hamilton + Jimenez?
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

I wouldn't move Halladay unless I was getting someone AMAZING in return. Dunn just doesn't do it. I agree with you trying to trade Boni though, he has to cool off. Try and trade Halladay/Boni for an elite OF.
